Who We Are

We are a Southern California based event entertainment company as a DJ and MC team. At Sterling, we have a general concentration on wedding entertainment; however, when business events, parties, and rental requests come our way, we leap at the opportunity. Our vision for event entertainment is simple, we provide entertainment for your event at high quality standards and do everything in our power to drive your event to success through hard work, professionalism, and let’s not forget, fun. That’s right, fun! Entertainment is the anchor that holds an event together. We believe that when we’re comfortable, confident, professional, and are having fun then you and your guests will naturally follow. We don’t want you to worry about event flow, atmosphere, or time-efficiency; we want you to enjoy your event as much as possible – let us handle the rest!

Meet Our Founders

Tony Dang and Matt Garcia started Sterling with the goal of providing professional, high quality, and thrilling entertainment for events in Southern California. Their combined expertise and professionalism radiates through every aspect of the business resulting in Sterling Entertainment’s unmatched reputation.

What We Do


Weddings are our ‘bread and butter’, and we have the process down! We started Sterling after we saw the need for high quality DJ/MC services at weddings in the Southern California area and beyond.

From quinceaneras to bar mitzvahs, to sweet 16th birthday parties, we do it all! We pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating to the unique needs of our clientele and their special events.

Sterling provides a variety of different entertainment packages for every type of event. At the core level, you’ll always be provided a DJ and MC. However, we give you options based on your needs; for example: lighting, live acoustic entertainment, full band live entertainment, and the list goes on. We custom tailor every event to what our client wants. Your event is unique, it reflects who you are, so who says you can’t have your event correspond with your personality and style?
